Tousley Leake

is the President of Pax Recruiting and a firm believer that the right people in the right roles can change everything. Prior to launching Pax, she spent her career in roles focused on placing talent and developing people—both personally and professionally—across several organizations. Originally from the small town of St. Francisville, Louisiana, Tousley graduated from Ole Miss. She finds joy in connecting and gathering people and in creating opportunities for others to flourish.
